Find answers to common questions about our wholesale process
If you are visiting first time on our wholesale fashion jewelry website, then please create an account on our website to see the wholesale prices. To create an account, please Click Here. Once your account will be done, just log in with your user id and password, now you will be able to see all our products at super wholesale prices.
1) Click the Register/Login link at the top right side of our site.
2) Please fill in the fields below to create your account.
3) Once you have an account, just log in with your user id and password to our website to browse our complete online stock of available products.
Click the MY ACCOUNT link at the top right-hand side of our site. Enter your user id and password on the Registered Customer side, now you can find Edit My Account section where you can update/modify your account information.
Shipping Address or Delivery Address is the address in which we will deliver your order. By default, the shipping address/delivery address is taken from your account details which you entered during the registration on our website.
In case if you need to update your shipping/delivery address, during the checkout of your cart, you will find some options there, on Option number 3, there are Delivery Details, select "I want to use a new address", now enter your new address details and continue the checkout procedure to submit your order successfully.
If somehow you forget to update your new address, now to worry, just email your delivery address details with your order id, email us at support@impexfashions.com, we will do the rest.
Click on Register/Login link on the top right-hand side, now on the Registered Customer side, click on Forgot Password, enter your email id/user name, and Continue. Check your email inbox, you must have received an email with the subject "Impex Fashions: Password reset request". Open the email and click on the link, enter your New Password, and click Continue.
Note: In case there is no email in your email inbox, please check the Spam or junk folder.
This site is for wholesale purchase only and we accept a minimum order of 250US$, or equivalent to 250US$ in another currency.

After adding items to your cart, click on the view cart or checkout link on the top right corner of this website, to view your cart, at the bottom part of your shopping cart, you will find a Coupon Code box where your coupon codes and click to apply.

During the checkout process, you can use any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. If you want to pay through a credit card/debit card, please select the payment options PayPal. Please note that your order will not be shipped out until you process the payment against your order.
Yes, we do shipping on a certain order amount. Please see our Shipping & Handling page for complete details regarding free shipping.
After your order confirmation, normally we take 1-2 days to dispatch your order through some Branded Logistic Services like DHL/FedEx, etc, and normally it takes 4-6 days to deliver the goods at your doorsteps.
For international shipment, we use DHL and FedEx.

Please inform us at support@impexfashions.com within 48hrs after receiving the goods. if any damage, customers need to send photos of damaged items with their product codes. If our support teams are considered damaged, you will get Account Credit on Impex Fashions registered account, credited amount will be deducted from the total invoice amount in your next purchase with us. Note: stone falls or stone that comes out will not be considered damaged.
Once your order is shipped out from our location, you will get the tracking details to your registered email. you can check the status on time to time basis until you receive the parcel, further, if you need any information regarding your shipment tracking details, feel free to ask at support@impexfashions.com.
