The minimum order value for wholesale purchase is 200US$. There is no MOQ for individual items; customers can create a 200US$ order with assorted items available on the website.

Return and Refund Policy

Any damaged items must be reported to our support team at support@impexfashions.com within 24 hours of delivery, including item codes and photographic evidence. Reports submitted after 24 hours will not be considered.

We do not accept returns for damaged goods. Verified damage claims will be credited to your Impex Fashions account. This Account Credit will be automatically applied to your next purchase and has no expiration date.

Returns initiated by customers are undertaken at the customer's own risk and expense. Both original and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Partial refunds are not available. If you are dissatisfied with our products or service and wish to request a refund, a complete return of the order is required.

Refunds for returned orders will be processed only after we receive the returned items in their original condition at our facility. Any applicable import duties, customs fees, and the original shipping cost paid by Impex Fashions will be deducted from the refund amount.
